Ocelot Metrics – Terms of Service
Ocelot Metrics is provided by Ocelot Studio Pty Ltd ("Ocelot").
By using the Service, you are agreeing to these terms.
The Service is a reporting tool which retrieves reporting data from various advertising services for use in Google Sheets.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service if we determine you are not complying with these Terms.
Your subscription to the Service will remain active until you cancel it via the payment settings available within the Service.
To the full extent permitted by The Australian Consumer Law other than as set out in these Terms, all implied and express warranties in respect of the Service are hereby excluded.
The aggregate liability of Ocelot for claims arising out of or in connection with the Service whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, strict liability, breach of warranty or statute is limited to the amount equal to the fee for one month of the Service.
In no event will Ocelot be liable for loss of use, production, profit, revenue, business, data, contract or anticipated savings or for delay or for any financing costs or increase in operating costs or any economic loss for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
For the purposes of this clause the term Ocelot will mean Ocelot, its officers, employees, contractors and agents, whether individually or collectively.
Nothing in this clause is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying the application of any State or Federal legislation applicable to the sale of goods or the supply of services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
Ocelot is not liable for the availability of third-party services.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Google account, and the sharing settings of documents created with the Service.
You may revoke Ocelot's access to your Google services at any time from your Google account.
You should review the Google Privacy Policy, Google Ad Manager Partner Guidelines and Google Drive Terms.
We may, from time to time, vary these terms and notify you via email. Your continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in that State.
